Catalog Placement Rules

1 General Requirements for Submissions

• The User.tg directory accepts active public and private Telegram channels, groups (chats), chat-bots, and Mini Apps.
• The submitted resource must be reachable, have a meaningful title, an avatar (logo), and an informative description reflecting its genuine content.
• When submitting via bot @App4Robot, the author must select the category that best fits the project. Moderators may adjust the category or description formatting prior to approval.

2 Prohibited Categories & Content

The following projects are strictly forbidden in the catalog and the @channel1 channel:

• Narcotic, psychoactive substances, precursors, darknet marketplaces, and related themes;
• Scam schemes, financial pyramids/Ponzi schemes, account-boosting scams, fake documents, carding, phishing, and malware;
• Pornography, 18+ adult content, escort services, or explicit/shocking media;
• Unlicensed gambling, illegal online casinos, betting scam operations, and fixed match claims;
• Weapons, counterfeit goods, or unauthorized bypass services that infringe applicable law;
• Extremism, violence, inciting hate or discrimination, defamation, and intellectual property infringement.

3 Moderation, Payment & Publishing Procedure

• All submissions undergo review in @App4Robot. Payment options are unlocked only after moderator approval.
• If you have a discount promo code, apply it during submission in the bot before sending to moderation. The payment page will display the final amount with the discount applied.
• After successful payment (Telegram Stars or card/e-wallet online), the project is automatically activated in User.tg and published to @channel1.

4 Post-Moderation & Delisting

• The directory continuously monitors published items through automated checks and manual inspection.
• If a channel/bot changes its niche to prohibited topics or starts broadcasting spam/scam, the card is delisted and permanently removed without refund.
• If a username changes or a channel is deleted in Telegram, the item is automatically suspended until updated by the owner via the user cabinet (`/my` in the bot).
